The instant petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed on behalf of petitioner seeking following prayer: "(a) Issue a Writ in the nature of Mandamus or appropriate writ, order or direction commanding and directing the respondents to permit the petitioner‟s college to admit students in BHMS The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. course for the academic year of 2024-25;

(b) Issue a Writ in the nature of Mandamus or appropriate writ, order or direction commanding and directing the respondent no.1 to take decision on the appeal filed by petitioner before him after hearing the petitioner within a period of one week..." 4.

Learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner states that the appeal filed by the petitioner, which is pending before respondent no. 1, has not yet been decided yet.

Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent no. 1 is directed to treat the present writ petition as a representation, on behalf of the petitioner alongwith the appeal already filed by the petitioner, and decided the same by 27.09.2024, under intimation to the petitioner herein, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner.

Furthermore, the petitioner is at liberty to approach this Court again, if any grievance arises.

No further relief is prayed for, at this stage. 8.

In view of the above, the writ petition is accordingly disposed of. 9.
