Learned counsel who appears for the petitioner, after making brief submissions, seeks liberty to withdrawn the instant writ petition with further liberty to approach the Special Task Force which has been constituted as per the directions of the Supreme Court passed vide order dated 24.04.2018 in W.P. (C) 4677/1985 in the case of M.C. Mehta v. Union of India. 2.

With the aforesaid liberty, the instant writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.
