Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of the Petitioners for quashing of FIR No.0514/2023 Sections 323/341/506/34 IPC, registered at PS: Dwarka South, Delhi. 2.

Learned ASC for the State submits that Closure Report has already been filed before the learned Trial Court, against which some Application has been filed on behalf of the Complainant, details of which are not known to the IO.

Considering the submission made, as the Closure Report has been filed, nothing more survives in the present Writ Petition, which is hereby disposed of along with pending Applications and with liberty to the parties to approach the Court on final Order on Closure Report, in accordance with law.
