Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that Petitioner has since been released from the judicial custody in Calcutta. He states that the Petitioner undertakes to appear before the Investigation Officer ('IO') in FIR No.42/2022 dated 24.12.2022 registered by PS Cyber North East District, Delhi u/s 420 IPC on 23.01.2025 at 04:00 P.M and appear on each subsequent dates as directed by the IO.

He states that the petition be disposed of reserving liberty to the Petitioner to avail his remedies qua the subject FIR and proceedings emanating therefrom in accordance with law.
