By way of present petition, the petitioner, who is the complainant in FIR No. 03/2024 registered under Sections 406/420/467/468/471/120B IPC and Section 66-C of the Information Technology Act, 2000 at P.S. Special Cell, IFSO, Dwarka, Delhi, seeks status of the investigations conducted so far.

Learned ASC for the State, on instructions from the I.O., submits that the complainant has alleged to be cheated out of Rs.3.5 crores. She further submits that as per the initial information given by the complainant, the cheated amount was transferred by the complainant to 22 different accounts, and the status of these accounts has been verified and they are lying frozen. She submits that further investigation is still pending with respect to the remaining 32 accounts which also are lying frozen. She further submits that The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. the investigation is also pending qua the mode of withdrawal of the cheated amount from the said accounts and a supplementary chargesheet will be filed in this regard.

At this stage, learned Senior Counsel for petitioner, on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the present petition. 4.
Leave, as prayed for, is granted. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn alongwith the pending applications. 5.
Needless to state that the petitioner would be at liberty to seek his remedies as may be available under the law.
