The learned counsel for the applicants seeks liberty to withdraw the present bail applications stating that the police, during the course of investigation, has not found any evidence against the applicants and have placed them in column 12 in the chargesheet filed before the learned Trial Court. 2.

The bail applications stand dismissed as withdrawn. Pending applications also stand disposed of.
