This contempt petition has been filed by the Petitioner alleging wilful disobedience and non-compliance of the directions passed by this Court vide order dated 04.04.2024 in W.P.(C) No.4892/2024 restraining the Respondents from making monthly deduction of the amounts. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for Petitioner fairly states that after the advance copy of the petition was received, Respondents have sent an email stating that the order dated 04.04.2024 was received on 13.09.2024 from their counsel and after that no recovery has been effected and the recovered amount for the period April-August, 2024 would be refunded to the pensioner. The email is taken on record. In view of the aforesaid, learned counsel for Petitioner does not press the present petition. 3.

The writ petition is disposed of as not pressed, along with pending application.
