O R D E R

This petition has been filed praying for action being initiated under Sections 2(c), 11, 12 and 15 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 against the respondent no. 1 herein.

The respondent no. 1 has tendered an unconditional apology by way of an affidavit dated 20.03.2026.

The respondent no. 1, who appears in person, further submits that he has now realized that his actions were not proper and he sincerely apologizes for the same with an undertaking not to repeat the same in future. along with a copy of this order to the various authorities to whom he had earlier made complaints containing defamatory and scandalous allegations against the counsels for the petitioner as also this Court. 4.

We find the apology of the respondent no. 1 to be genuine. 5.

At the same time, his actions were not proper, and may have been totally misguided, as he was representing himself in-person. We, therefore, while accepting his apology and closing this petition, further warn respondent no. 1 that any such action in future, which puts this institution in disrepute, will be severely dealt with by this Court. 6.

The respondent no. 1 has himself offered to deposit a sum of Rs. 15,000/- as costs to the Army Battle Casualties Welfare Fund within a period of four weeks from today.

He is directed to do so. Proof of such deposit be filed with the Registry within the said period.

The respondent no.1 shall also circulate his apology along with copy of this order and a request to withdraw all his complaints made to the concerned authorities, within the same period. 9.

The petition, along with the pending applications, is disposed of in the above terms.
