The Petitioner has approached this Court challenging the Order dated 22.08.2022 passed by the Ld. MM-04, Patiala House Court, Delhi issuing summons to the CEO of the Petitioner/Company for violation of the provisions of Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act, 1970. 2.

When this Court made a suggestion to the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners that since the Impugned Order is revisable and the appropriate course for the Petitioners would be to approach the Sessions Court, the learned Counsel for the Petitioners graciously accepts the suggestion and seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the Sessions Court before approaching this Court, if The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. In view of the fact that the CEO of the Petitioner/Company has been summoned, it is always open for the Petitioners to move an application for exemption of appearance before the Sessions Court which shall be considered by the Sessions Court sympathetically. 5.

With these observations, the petition is disposed of as withdrawn, along with pending application(s), if any. It is made clear that this Court has not made any observations on the merits of the case.
