The Petitioner has approached this Court challenging the Order dated 22.08.2022 passed by the Ld. MM-04, Patiala House Court, Delhi issuing summons to the CEO of the Petitioner/Company for violation of the provisions of Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act, 1970. 2.

When this Court made a suggestion to the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners that since the Impugned Order is revisable and the appropriate course for the Petitioners would be to approach the Sessions Court, the learned Counsel for the Petitioners graciously accepts the suggestion and seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the Sessions Court before approaching this Court, if The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
