The present petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 20231 seeks quashing of the Maintenance Petition No. 217/2024 under Section 144 of BNSS pending before Principal Judge, Family Court, Saket Courts, New Delhi.

Counsel for the Petitioner, after making some submissions, states that he would like to withdraw the present petition reserving all rights and contentions, and with liberty raise all the grounds urged in the present petition before the Family Court in accordance with law. 3.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. The pending applications are also disposed of.
