The petitioner seeks regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.785/2016 registered under Sections 328/376/384/411/34 IPC at PS Shahbad Dairy. Status report not filed. 2.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file.

The petitioner is in custody since 29.11.2016. Charge-sheet has since been filed.

Only allegations against the present petitioner are that he was in possession of certain nude photographs of the prosecutrix.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is admitted to bail on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of `40,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court. The petitioner shall not endeavour to contact the prosecutrix in any manner.

The bail application stands disposed of.
