Petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 ('Cr.P.C.') has been preferred on behalf of the petitioners for quashing of FIR No. 0265/2023, under Sections 498A/34 IPC, registered at P.S.: Baba Haridas Nagar and proceedings emanating therefrom. Also, an application has been preferred on behalf of the petitioners seeking stay of investigation. 2.

Learned APP for the State and respondent No. 2 in person appear on advance notice and accept notice.

Learned APP for the State informs that matter is still under investigation and as such, petition is premature. 4.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners fairly seeks to withdraw the petition without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the petitioners.
