The present petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India seeks the following prayers: - "i. Issue a Writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari, thereby quashing Impugned Order dated 20.01.2025 passed by Deputy Labour Commissioner (South-West District) bearing F.24(17)12/SWD/Lab./82, and consequential proceedings, emanating therefrom, registered as LIR 164 /2025, pending before the Learned Court of Additional District and Sessions Judge I POLC-111, Room No. 3.03, Rouse Avenue Courts, Delhi. OR Stay the proceedings of the claim filed by Respondent No. 1 under the Minimum Wages Act, 1948, pending before the authority .of Deputy Labour Commissioner, Pratap Nagar, Hari Nagar Depot, New Delhi, until the pendency of adjudication of the dispute registered as LIR 164 /2025, before the Learned Court of Additional District and Sessions Judge I POLC-111, Room No. 303, Rouse Avenue Courts, Delhi.

iii. Pass such other order/s as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice.
