It is the case of petitioner that he was surveyed on 17th August 2021 and has produced an acknowledgement to that effect at Annexure P-3. Based on the same, it is his contention that he is entitled to the issuance of Certificate of Vending ('COV') and to that effect, a representation dated 28th May 2025 is pending consideration before respondent no.2/Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD).

In this background, we deem it appropriate to direct respondent to decide the representation of petitioner as regards the claim of petitioner for issuance of COV based on the survey of petitioner conducted by the TVC on The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
