The present application has been filed seeking correction of order dated 06.12.2025.

Mr. Prem Shankar Singh, learned CGSC appearing on behalf of UOI submits that the present matter was taken up for consideration by the Court along with other batch of matters on 06.12.2025. However, in the order of the said date his appearance has not been marked despite the fact that he appeared and assisted this Court.

In view of the above, it is directed that appearance of Mr. Prem Shanker Singh, CGSC for UOI shall be read into the order dated 06.12.2025. 4.

The application stands disposed of.
