Mr. Ankur Sangal, counsel appearing on behalf of the plaintiff submits that the defendants have changed the impugned packaging pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 20th September, 2024. 2.

The plaintiff is satisfied with the new packaging adopted by the defendants.

The new packaging has been handed over in Court. 3.1 The same is taken on record.

In view of the above, the defendants are permitted to manufacture and sell products under the new packaging adopted by the defendants. 5.

The suit is decreed in terms of prayer clause (a) of the plaint. 6.

It is agreed between the parties that stock of the defendants' products that was seized by Local Commissioner shall be released. 8.
