It is the case of petitioner that he was surveyed way back on 27th May 2022 and has produced an acknowledgement to that effect at Annexure P-3. Based on the same, it is his contention that he is entitled for issuance of Certificate of Vending ('COV') and to that effect, a representation dated 28th May 2025 is pending consideration before respondent no. 2/Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD).

In this background, we deem it appropriate to direct respondent to decide the representation of petitioner, as regards the claim of petitioner for The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. issuance of COV based on the survey of petitioner conducted by the TVC on 27th May 2022.
