The present petition has been filed seeking following reliefs: ―A. Direct the Respondent to immediately take corrective steps, thereby allotting a school with properly available and functional Science Stream facilities, to the Petitioner.‖ 2.

Mr. Naman Jain, learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner submits that the writ petition stands satisfied inasmuch as the school leaving certificate has been issued to petitioner.

In view of the above, the petition is disposed of as having been satisfied.
