Learned counsel for the decree holders states that the decree holders have received payment towards full and final satisfaction of the decree dated 03.05.2024 under execution in terms of the settlement recorded on 01.10.2024 before this Court.

1.1 He accordingly states that the execution petition can be disposed of. 2.

Learned counsel for the judgment debtor states that in addition to making full and final payments, the parties have also executed settlement agreement dated 04.10.2024 recording full and final satisfaction of the decree dated 03.05.2024.

In view of the above, the present petition stands disposed of as satisfied.
