This case FIR No. 458/2015, under Section 420/406/34 IPC, registered at PS Maya Puri, pertains to issuance of cheque No. 115946, dated 24the June, 2012 for a sum of `1,59,000/- drawn on HDFC Bank, Tilak Nagar Delhi in favour of the complainant which was dishonoured two times on its presentation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that as directed vide order dated 11th May, 2016, a sum of `1 lac has already been deposited with the Registrar General of this Court.

The petitioner had been enjoying protection in this case and has joined investigation. It is informed by learned APP for the State that the petitioner had also cooperated during investigation. 4.

Considering the facts and circumstances, petitioner is admitted to anticipatory bail and in the event of his arrest he shall be released on bail on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of concerned IO/SHO. Petitioner is directed to join the investigation as and when required by the Investigating Officer.
