Mr. Sanjay Lao, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State, on instructions of the Investigating Officer, submits that they have filed a cancellation report before the learned trial court; and the complainant has not filed any protest petition in that regard. Learned counsel appearing for the complainant has also joined the proceedings via video-conferencing; and submits, that they do not wish to file any objection to the cancellation report. In view of the above, it would appear that nothing survive in the present quashing petition.
