This petition has been filed, under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking extension of the mandate of an Arbitral Tribunal, which is in seisin of disputes between the parties under a Contract dated 14.06.2016.

The mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal was extended by mutual consent of the parties for a period of six months from 15.03.2024, as recorded in the procedural order dated 22.02.2024. 3.
I am informed that the arbitral proceedings are at the stage of final arguments.
