% 27.02.2018 This application has been filed under Section 27 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking issuance of summons to the witnesses to appear before the Sole Arbitrator on 21.03.2018 to give their evidence. The Arbitrator in his order dated 10.01.2018 has allowed the request of the petitioner to approach this Court for seeking issuance of summons for appearance for the said witnesses.

In view of the above, let summons for appearance be issued to the following witnesses:- I.

Concerned competent official of the office of S.P., CBI, Anti Corruption Branch, CBI, 1st floor, CBI Headquarters, CGO Complex, Lodhi Road, New Delhi 110003 to appear before the Sole Arbitrator at Delhi International Arbitration Centre, Sher

Shah Road, New Delhi on 21.03.2018 at 02:00 p.m. along with complete records/files pertaining to contract No.17Elect/DyCEE/C/T/47 purportedly in the custody and possession of the CBI.

Concerned Officer in the office of SSE/C/KG/Delhi, Northern Railways, New Delhi / Shri C.P.S.

Tomar, Retd.

SSE/C/KG/Delhi, Northern Railways, New Delhi and III. Concerned Officer /Shri Ram Avtar Meena, the then AEE/C/CSB presently working as WEE/Dayabasti/Northern Railway /Delhi.

The said witnesses shall appear before Ms. Ravindar Kaur, Sole Arbitrator at Delhi International Arbitration Centre at 2 p.m. on 21st March, 2018.

Summons may be given dasti to the counsel for the petitioner for service on the witnesses.

The diet money for the witnesses shall be paid by the petitioner to the witnesses at the time of their appearance before the Sole Arbitrator. The petition is allowed in the above terms.
