Today, the Respondent remains unrepresented.

With the sincere efforts of the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, settlement has been arrived at between the parties and a settlement agreement dated 23.09.2025 has been signed by both the parties.

The learned counsel representing the Appellant submits that the aforesaid settlement has been implemented, and in terms of the said settlement, an amount of ₹7,50,000/- has been paid, which has been accepted by the Respondent.

Keeping in view the aforesaid position, the present Appeal is disposed of in terms of the settlement, which shall form the part of the decree. Pending applications also stand disposed of. 5.

However, since the Respondent is not represented today, therefore, opportunity is granted to the Respondent to file objections, if any, within a period of next 30 days.
