This writ petition has been preferred by the Petitioner challenging the order dated 07.07.2020 (communicated to the Petitioner in August 2024) passed by Respondent No.5 dismissing the review petition filed by the Petitioner. As a matter of record, the Petitioner has filed a writ petition being W.P.(C) 2311/2021, wherein he has challenged the chargesheet and order of the Appellate Authority and the said petition is pending. Accordingly, in my view, this order is to be challenged in the same petition. 2.

On instructions, Mr. Aditya Kumar Choudhary seeks to withdraw this petition with liberty to seek amendment in the pending writ petition to assail the impugned order dated 07.07.2020.

Writ petition is disposed of along with pending application, with liberty, as aforesaid.
