Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties. 2.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-MCD, on instructions, submits that under the facts of the present case, the respondentMCD has agreed to hear the petitioner in person or his representative. He further submits that in event the petitioner submits a detailed representation within a period of one week from today, the respondent-MCD shall pass an appropriate order after extending an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within two weeks, thereafter.

Recording the aforesaid statement, made on behalf of respondentMCD, the instant writ petition along with pending application stands disposed of.

Till the respondent-MCD passes an appropriate order in compliance of the order passed today, the respondent-MCD is restrained from taking any coercive steps against the petitioner.
