We deem it appropriate to dispose of the present petition with the following order:
i.
We record the undertaking given by the counsel appearing for the respondent that the memo of appeal along with sanction order for filing an appeal and the annexures with lodging number shall be provided to the counsel for the petitioner through email within a period of one week from today.
ii.
We direct the appellate authority to conclude the hearing of the appeal in any case within a period of four months from the date of appearance of the petitioner.
