The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that directions be issued to the respondents to cancel the petitioner's GST registration under the trade name "NK Dhatu Udhyog" bearing Goods and Services Tax Identification Number (GSTIN): 07BFDPN4838J2Z4. 2.

The petitioner states that an application to the said effect was made on 20.06.2024 but the same has not been disposed of as yet. 3.

The learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner had also received a notice dated 24.06.2024 seeking certain additional information, which was also furnished by the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the respondents states that the petitioner's application will be decided within a period of three weeks from date. 5.
