An interim order was passed by this Court on 20th September, 2024, whereby the petitioners were permitted to file their nomination forms for the DUSU Elections for the year 2024-25 and were permitted to participate in the election process.

The elections were duly conducted and results were declared. 4.

None appears on behalf of the petitioners. None had appeared on behalf of the petitioners on the last date of hearing as well. 5.

It appears that the petitioners are no longer interested in pursuing the present petition.

Accordingly, while keeping the question of law open, the present petition along with pending application is disposed of.
