W.P.(CRL) 600/2018 By the present petition, the petitioner seeks following relief in the present petition:- (a) To direct respondent No. 2, to vacate the house of the petitioner and handover the peaceful possession of same, to the petitioner, from where she was forcibly and wrongfully, dispossessed by the respondents.

(b) Issue directions, to SHO P.S. Mehrauli, to register and investigation a case u.S 448/506/166/217/120_B/ r/w Section 34 IPC, against the respondents.

(c) To order for such further and other relief, orders and directives, as the nature and circumstances of the case may require or justify; any other such order(s) deemed fit and proper in the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case W.P.(CRL) 600/2018

by this Hon'ble Court.

After some arguments learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to take remedies available in law. Leave and liberty granted.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
