% 20.01.2016 This is a suit for possession valued at less than Rs.2 crores. Ld. counsel for the parties submit that suit property is situated at Ashok Vihar which falls under the jurisdiction of District North West Delhi hence seek transfer of present case to District North West, Delhi. In view of orders passed by Hon'ble the Chief Justice, Delhi High Court vide notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present case stands transferred to District Court (North West), Rohini, Delhi. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge (North West), Rohini on 28.04.2016.

Registry is directed to send the complete case record to the concerned District Judge by next date of hearing.
