By way of the present writ petition filed under Articles 226 & 227 of the Constitution of India, 1950, the petitioner has sought the following relief:
"a. Set-aside the Order dated 28.02.2024 passed by the Ld. Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi („Ld. CAT‟) in OA No. 755/2024 („Impugned Order‟).
b. Set-aside the scrutiny notice for vacancy no 23020310411, issued, vide file f.1/130(26)/2022-R.IV dated 02.02.2014, by the Respondent.
c. Direct the Respondents to consider reinstating/accepting the candidature of the Petitioner for the post of Labour officer, Labour Department ,Govt of NCT Delhi."

Learned counsel for the respondent, who appeared on advance notice has informed this Court that the process of advertisement bearing no. 03/2023 dated 10.02.2023 for the vacancy no. 23020310411 for the post of Labour Office, Labour Department, Govt. of NCT of Delhi has been abandoned.

In view of the above, the present petition has become infructuous. 6.
Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as infructuous. Pending application, if any stands disposed of. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner that if any fresh cause of action arises where he is aggrieved, he may challenge the same before the appropriate court.
