The present writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, has been filed on behalf of the petitioner, praying as follows: "(a) direct the Respondent No.2 to constitute the visiting team to conduct inspection of the proposed premises of petitioner institution so as to decide pending application / request submitted by petitioner institution for shifting of premises (D.El.Ed Course), in a time bound manner"

This Court has heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner.
