The present petition is filed seeking parole for a period of ninety days in FIR No. 136/2006. The petitioner is undergoing sentence for offences under Sections 302/307/449/34/120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

The petitioner has already spent fifteen years in custody. 3.
The learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State, at the outset, submits that the application is under process and the order would be passed within a period of two weeks. 4.
In view of the above, no orders are required to be passed in the present case at this stage.

It is, however, made clear that the petitioner is at liberty to approach this Court in case any grievance remains in future. 6.
