% 22.12.2025 CRL.M.A. 38058/2025 (under Section 528 BNSS on behalf of the Petitioner for Recalling the Order dated 17.09.2025) 1.

An Application has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner with the prayer to recall the Order dated 17.09.2025 and permit the CD and the transcript to be proved by the Complainant and not by the witness from the Truth Lab.

The impugned Order dated 17.09.2025 records the submissions of the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the CD and the transcript has to be proved through a witness from Truth Lab and there is no error in this regard. 3.

What the Petitioner's counsel now seeks is that the contents of the CD are required to be proved through the evidence of the Petitioner for which she is at liberty to move an appropriate Application before the learned Trial Court.
