% 20.09.2024 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to move appropriate application before the learned Trial Court for expeditious disposal in terms of order dated 02.11.2016 in CRL. MC. 3053/2016.

Liberty is granted.

In view of the above, the present petition along with pending applications stands dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for. However, learned Trial Court is directed to dispose of the matter within six months and compliance report be filed.
