O R D E R

% 08.03.2016 The present application has been filed by the respondents/CGHS, Ministry seeking extension of two months to comply with the order dated 26th February, 2016 passed in WP(C) 1660/2016.

In the application, it has been averred that a draft audit report on the functioning of the outsourced dental care facilities had been received in the month of January, 2016 wherein shortcomings in the functioning of both CGHS and the private developer have been pointed out. It is prayed that sufficient time be granted to examine all aspects.

Issue notice. Learned counsel for the non-applicant accepts notice. He states that he has no objection to the present application being allowed.

Consequently, the present application is allowed and the time for complying with the order dated 26th February, 2016 is extended by

a period of two months.

It is reiterated that no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner for a period of one week from the date of passing of the order in accordance with the direction given by this Court on 26th February, 2016.
