% 24.02.2016 The petitioner has filed the present petition for cancellation of bail of the accused granted in a case arising out of FIR No.221/2013 under Sections420/447/448/506/120-B of the Indian Penal Code vide order dated 3rd April, 2014 in Bail Application No.1646/2013 under Section 439(2) read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure on behalf of the complainant.

Mr.M.P. Singh, learned APP for the State on instructions of the investigating Officer, has submitted that the chargesheet has already been filed in the Court.

In view of the changed circumstances, this petition is dismissed as not pressed.
