Petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 ('Cr.P.C.') has been preferred on behalf of the petitioner/NCB against order dated 22.08.2009 passed by the learned Special Judge (NDPS), New Delhi, in criminal revision under Section 397 Cr.P.C., whereby the revision petition was dismissed and the order passed by the learned Trial Court was upheld. 3.
None appears on behalf of the petitioner. Even on the last date of hearing on 04.12.2024, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Since none appears on behalf of petitioner, petition is dismissed in default as well as for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand dismissed for non-prosecution.
A copy of this order be forwarded to the learned Trial Court for information.
