Learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions and without prejudice submits that if the respondent appears, his OMR sheet along with the question paper can be allowed to be inspected. He, therefore, submits that the instant petition can be disposed of with the said direction. 2.

It be noted that none is appearing for the respondent and there is no reason to keep this petition pending, which essentially filed in the year 2012 and the order passed by the Central Information Commission ('CIC') was stayed vide order dated 18.04.2012.

Hence, without going into the larger controversy and the legal issue, the Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the instant petition with a direction to the petitioner to allow the inspection of the OMR sheet of the private respondent and the question paper if the respondent approaches the petitioner.
