These petitions are filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Section 29A

(5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ('1996 Act') seeking extension of the mandate of the learned Arbitrator for a period of 12 months. 2.

It is stated in the petitions that the arbitral proceedings are at the stage of recording of evidence of the Respondent. Mandate of the learned Sole Arbitrator in each of these cases has expired on 31.08.2025 as extended by this Court vide common order dated 10.09.2024. It is urged by the counsel for the Petitioner that the arbitration proceedings are a consolidation of four arbitration proceedings arising out of four different Agreements and involve complex questions and voluminous records and it is thus taking time to complete the evidence.

Issue notice.

Ms. Leena Tuteja, learned counsel for the Respondent accepts notice on behalf of the Respondent in all the petitions and on instructions, submits that Respondent has no objection to the extension of mandate of the Sole Arbitrator.
