The petitioner in the instant petition prays for the following reliefs:- "a) extension of two months to the present Arbitral reference for completion of the Arbitration Proceedings; and/ or b) any other relief deemed fit by this Hon'ble Court." 2.

It is pointed out that on 01.09.2025, award has been passed, which appears to have been circulated on 03.09.2025. 3.

It be noted that on 01.09.2025 itself, the Court had directed for issuance of notice.

Reserving all rights and contentions of the parties regarding the validity of award etc. On merits, the Court deems it appropriate to regularize the period w.e.f. 08.07.2025 to 01.09.2025.
