Learned counsel for the parties jointly submit that under the aegis of the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre, the inter-se disputes have been resolved amicably. The terms of the settlement have been reduced into writing vide Settlement Agreement dated 09.02.2026. 2.

The terms of the settlement are enumerated in para (a) to (o) of the Settlement Agreement dated 09.02.2026.

It is stated by the parties that all the compliances have been completed. 4.

The Settlement Agreement alongwith annexures is taken on record. 5.

This Court does not find any impediment in case the suit is decreed in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 09.02.2026. 6.

The parties shall be bound by the terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 09.02.2026.

Let a decree sheet be drawn up in terms of para (a) to (o) of the Settlement Agreement dated 09.02.2026.
