Vide order dated 17.09.2025, the Court has passed following directions:- "(i) The respondents shall co-operate for the inspection of the property, if the same is intended to be earned out for the purpose to obtain loan by the petitioner;

(ii) The respondents shall not create any third party right; (iii) The petitioner or her representatives shall not finalise the availment of loan without the permission of the Court." 2.

It appears that the reply has been filed and by subsequent order, the interim arrangement was directed to remain in force. 3.

for remaining prayer(s), the instant petition be treated as an application under Section 17 of Arbitration and Conciliation Act,1996 to be dealt with by the Arbitrator. He, however, submits that looking at the urgency, an expeditious disposal of the said prayer(s) would be necessitated. 4.

The said prayer is not opposed by Mr. Mir, learned senior counsel and he submits that the respondents herein will render full co-operation in expeditious disposal of the application under Section 17 of A&C Act. 5.

Under these circumstances, reserving all rights and contentions of the parties, the instant petition stands disposed of. 6.

However, during the pendency of the application under Section 17 of A&C Act, the interim arrangement shall remain in force.
