The accused/applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 795/2024 of PS S.P. Badli for offence under Section 105(1) & 3(5) BNS. 2.

According to the prosecution, on discovery of dead body, FIR was registered. In the course of investigation, statement of eye witness was recorded and CCTV footage was obtained.

After addressing partly, learned counsel for accused/applicant seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to file fresh application before the trial court after testimony of the eye witness. 4.

Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought. Pending applications also stand disposed of.
