This is an application under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, inter alia, praying that the time for making the award be extended for a period of six months from 02.03.2018. The learned counsel appearing for the parties state that the arbitration proceedings are in the final stage. In view of the consensus between the parties and considering that the arbitral proceedings are at their final stage, the petition is allowed and the time for making the award is extended for a further period of six months from 02.03.2018 i.e. upto 01.09.2018.
