Learned counsel appearing for the appellant seeks liberty to withdraw both the appeals in terms of the amicable settlement which has been reduced in writing by way of a joint settlement deed dated 30.09.2024. 2.

In view of the aforesaid, the Court directs the parties to be bound by the terms of the aforementioned deed.

In terms of the settlement deed dated 30.09.2024, let the Registry to release the necessary amount in favour of the party concerned.
