O R D E R

% 08.05.2018 Learned counsel for the respondents states that refund order dated 07.05.2018 has been passed and copy of the said order has been furnished to the counsel for the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that refund has not been paid. The respondents would pay refund within two weeks from today failing which the petitioner would be entitled to revive the present writ petition and ask for costs.

On the question of interest, the order dated 07.05.2018 states that no interest has been issued in view of stay granted in Special Leave Petition in the case of Commissioner, Trade & Taxes and Anr. vs. Vizien Organics. It is also stated that interest would be granted in terms of the decision of the Supreme Court. The said statement is

taken on record.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of on the aforesaid terms and without any order as to costs.
