The present petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeks setting aside of the order dated 25th August, 2025 passed by the ASJ-03, Saket Courts, New Delhi. 2.

Counsel for the Petitioner after addressing some arguments, submits, on instructions, that he would like to withdraw the present petition. He, however, requests an extension of ten days to surrender. 3.

The undertaking provided by the Petitioner's counsel is taken on record, and accordingly, the Petitioner is granted permission to surrender within ten days from today.

In light of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn along with pending applications.
