The present petition seeking transfer of SC No. 392/2018, titled 'State v. Munish Ahmed' arising from FIR No. 18/2018 at P.S. Crime Branch, Central, Delhi has been filed pursuant to the order of the Registrar General of this Court dated 27th August, 2025, in view of the observations made by the Principal District & Sessions Judge, Central, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi on 21st August, 2025, and by the Special Judge, NDPS-02, Central, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi on 7th August, 2025.

In light of the minutes of the meeting dated 15th April, 2019, as referred to in the order dated 27th August, 2025 passed by the Registrar General of this Court, and considering that the designated courts under the National Investigation Agency Act, 2008 are situated at Patiala House Courts, New Delhi, it is deemed appropriate to transfer SC No. 392/2018, The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The District and Sessions Judge, Patiala House Courts, shall assign the matter to a competent court having jurisdiction over NIA Act cases. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of. 4.

Parties are directed to appear before Transferee Court on 10th September, 2025.
